I like that it’s not too sweet. The consistency is a little different from their other flavors because it’s less fluffy. I really wish it had more cheesecake crust bits.

In 2004, we started making small batches of coconut-milk ice cream for our dairy-free friends and family in Austin. Pretty soon, word got around how creamy it was and before we knew it, complete strangers were showing up on our doorstep with spoons! That’s how NadaMoo began.
