Veggie Grill

Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. But they were very uncomfortable with what they saw happening in the world — escalating climate change, a lack of healthy dining options and a fundamental problem with where people get their food — and they felt a clear urgency to do something about it. Stand-Up Burgers

This salad has marinated kale, quinoa, red cabbage slaw, carrot, tomato-corn salsa, with ginger papaya vinaigrette. I should have paid extra and got some additional toppings because this salad was boring and tasted very bland. It was a big portion and super healthy (what I wanted) but I really wasn’t excited by this at all. There was also giant chunks of the kale stem which you can’t really chew!
