I was excited to discover these in my local Chinese mini market - marked vegan on the bag! 🥰 Really good dumplings with yummy filling. Be careful with boiling them though as even 30 seconds too long can cause them to fall apart 🥺

If they’re falling apart too easily while boiling, you can try pan frying for an extra crunch
