SO good! This poboy was made with fried seasoned tofu, veg mayo, lettuce, and tomato. It was satisfying and filling! It came with some greens on the side.

Seed is an all-vegan restaurant in New Orleans serving veganized southern comfort entrees, desserts, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It is decorated nicely, the prices are reasonable, and the service was friendly.
