This is technically a juice and not a dish, but it is loaded with vegetables so it’s basically a snack! The juice is exactly as named- “Pure Greens”. Refreshing, hydrating, and super energizing from all of the cold pressed organic vegetables. No fruit, just pure veg. The perfect green juice. They also have “fruity greens” for anyone who prefers a bit of fruit sweetness in their juices.
