Overall this is a great dish! I’d give it higher ratings if the falafel was consistent but lately it’s been hit or miss. But I love the combination of quinoa, tabbouleh and falafel in a bowl. It’s the perfect mix of healthy and sinful! 🤠

I just tried tried it yesterday. Agree it’s a right mix of healthy and sinful and great option for vegans without having to suffer only with dips and bread
