Favs bean purée, pickled red onion, pepitas, capers, dill. We liked this but didn’t love this. The BS were great. Crispy and salty and felt decadent, if crucifers can be. But the soggy bean purée on the bottom doesn’t work for that decadence and worse, it counteracts the crispness of the BS. Not stingy on capers though.
