Giving this 3 stars for taste because at least the veggies tasted fresh and steamed just right so they weren’t completely limp like most #airline food. Honestly blown away by how bad vegan airline food. I think the airlines are anti-vegan or at least they’ve decided vegan is analogous to bland / no taste whatsoever. But have to give #swiss some credit here. There was a delicious vegan pesto hidden beneath the potatoes which was a nice surprise. 👍🏽
