Transformer FitzroyのCumin Braised Eggplant —Let us be Heroesのレビュー（2019年5月23日）

Cumin braised eggplant, chermoula, smoked labneh, quinoa crisps & mint: the cumin taste is not so strong. I’m personally not the biggest fan of bitter chermoula, but together with eggplant it went well. Definitely on the rich side, flavorful, beautiful.
