This was from SQ619 from Osaka to Singapore. I enjoyed the vegan canapes the most because i found it rather creative - creative use of the bamboo shoots to replace the typical pastry. The dish in general was very chilled and fresh. The advocado was smooth and sweet - sensational experience in the mouth. The rest were good too, and I think it's because the produce are coming out of Japan, and not the other way round.

Wow looks better than I ever expect airline food to be! But I’ve never flown business class so probably can’t compare.
