Din Tai FungのDeep Fried Handmade Tofu with Water Chestnuts & Mushrooms —Jonathan Louis Ngのレビュー（2019年5月6日）

This was soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. The water chestnuts added textural interest and the mushrooms contributed umami. Not a novel dish but it's #deepfried and sometimes that's all you need.
