Best vegan maki I had so far. I'm a huge maki fan, but these ones were definitely the best. I especially loved the brown ones. So good, we went there twice in two days!

Agreed! The brown ones, as I recall, are a Japanese gourd type vegetable. Slightly sweet and chewy.
