Hefeweizen cheese topped with crispy onion, panko, and bacon bits. This has all the hallmarks of awesome Mac and cheese. It’s creamy and a bit smokey. It’s baked to protection and very filling. I have a hard time finding vegan cheese dishes that I love, but I think even a non- vegan would find this exceptional and super tasty. Best thing on the menu!
