They use pandan rice which gives a nice flavour, and not butter/margarine. If vegan let them know no egg and they'll substitute with tofu. Basil chicken was nice and fragrant. Hawker food in general can be quite oily and feels heavier when eating. There may be cross contamination with eggs, if you don't mind.
