Can't decide what I like best about this meal: the springy noodles, mushroom "anchovies" deep fried to a crisp, sweet sauce or the tasty soup that comes with generous portions of Chinese spinach, mushrooms and tofu. Always end up feeling super stuffed whenever I eat here!
