Big fan of this thin sandwich! It reminds me a lot of a quesadilla with a thin crispy flat bread. Stuffed with peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella, rocket and mustard. This was super yummy and not too heavy because it’s not bready.

This is one of my favs at cedele too! Too bad the branch at white sands has just shut down for good! 😢
