Review of Sauteed Silky Gourd with Garlic at Nanjing Impressions by lou

Looks plain but was very tender and flavourful. I'm not sure what is silky gourd LOL but that was what it said on the menu. I think it's luffa. If you like garlic, the garlic pieces are yummy!
