Holy buckets, this is expensive. It’s pretty good though. I wouldn’t care for it plain, but I’ve had it on waffles and on French bread with dates and apple. I’m hoping it freezes well because I had to buy a whole, big wheel at once. #herbivorousbutcher #Roosterredemption
