Delicious! This had so much going on - brocolli and pistachio pattie, kiwifruit salsa verse, apple slaw, vegan cheese, avocado - and it tasted great with each bite different to the last.

Ok hold on, that’s seriously the best looking veggie burger I’ve seen in a while! What is that green sauce / cheese slice made of?
