Review of Spicy Eggplant at Si Wei Mao Cai by vikas
Perfectly cooked and seasoned eggplant with tons of whole garlic cloves, green & red chili peppers and whole lot of vinegar that actually gives the peppers a bit of a citrusy finish. I could eat this every day! If you haven't been to #siweimaocai for their awesome vegan dishes you're missing out!
