Review of Fluffy egg white omelette with kale, sautéed mushrooms and toasted tomatoes at COMO Uma Ubud by akm

Egg white omelette with a generous stuffing of blanched kale, mushrooms and grilled tomato. Not much to fault here if you enjoy eggs, I particularly enjoyed the addition of kale.
