This dish was awesome. You got to choose your cookie "buns" from their bakery section. I chose two different cookies and both were out of this world, baked in store. The flavors went beyond boring chocolate chip and sugar. I got a monster cookie with pretzels and chocolate and marshmallow goodness and it made my tastebuds cry tears of joy. The vegan ice cream center was delicious as well. The sandwich overall made the trip to Michigan worth it all by itself (from Florida).
