I’m not a huge raw food fan but wow! This lasagne was melt in your mouth deliciousness! It had layers of beetroot, cashew cheese, greens, pineapple, mango, and avocado, with a side salad. This raw dish was slightly warmed and was filling and made me feel amazing after. This restaurant also has a tonic bar and offers raw chef certification courses. The service is slow, however — I had to ask for water 4 times before anyone brought me some. Would definitely recommend though!
