Review of Stir-fried Nai Bai with Garlic at Din Tai Fung by vikasismyhero

The stir-fried dou miao with garlic is perhaps my favorite dish at Din Tai Fung. It is seasoned and perfectly cooked. I could eat an entire menu of just this dish and white rice and be satisfied.
