While ordering our salads, my friend suggested we try them - I was reluctant because I'd been eating a lot of heavy food and just wanted to stick with salad, plus, I've never liked fried plantains enough to order them. She ordered them anyway and they were absolutely sensational. So light and fresh and seasoned to perfection and ADDICTIVE. Next time I'm ordering two so I don't have to share!
