I looked through all of their veg*n options and basically almost everything is plant-based with the exception of the desserts. The vegetarian rolls are really delicious. Nothing super unique about them, but a great way to enjoy lunch in one of the nicer Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong!Vegetarian Sushi Rolls

The taste was nothing short of extraordinary, will definitely be back for this! Was part of their lunch tasting menu. Was nice to see they had a vegan dish in every category but definitely need more options!Cold Spinach with Miso & Sesame
