There’s a lot of ingredients in this, so I just posted a photo of the list. Prominent ingredients are spinach, peas, and tofu. The lemon peel is towards the end of the ingredients, meaning that there’s the least of it, but it left a very distinctive tart taste. Not exactly as I’d prefer in a Spanakopita, but it was still overall really good. The rich and creamy filling pairs very well with the flaky crust. My friend found this while we were shopping at Whole Foods. I would have never found it on my own because it’s in the section that always filled with a bunch of meat, so I never browse there. Whole Foods currently has a Friday special on a whole cheese pizza for $6. I didn't have much hope when I asked the attendant if vegan cheese was an option. He proudly answered "Yes, of course!" These suckers are HUGE and a perfect canvas for whatever you want! They're cut into 8 generously sized slices. For me, just one slice with a salad is a complete meal, so 8 meals for less than a dollar each is a fantastic deal! Here are a few slices with toppings that I added: Beyond Sausage/Mushrooms/Onions/Garlic/Jalepeno, Artichoke/Garlic/Jalepeno, and Sundried Tomatoes/Onion/Garlic. My favorite way to reheat these slices is in a frying pan. The crust gets nice and crispy. By the time I'm done preparing my salad, my pizza is piping hot and cheese melted! #veganisnotscary

These became quite an addicting snack for me while I had them around and they didn't last long. I enjoyed couple with a salad, as shown in photo here, but I pretty much had the rest of them on their own. I love that the ingredients are so simple, yet big on flavor. #veganisnotscary

Crispy crust and filled with potatoes and other veggies. I like samosas even more with Mint Chutney, which they didn't have, but nonetheless, this fulfilled my late-night craving after a movie right across the street! #aloha
