Choice of red curry or cashew pesto tossed w/ penne pasta, cherry tomatoes & spinach. Served w/ toasted artisan bread. I got the red curry and it is SPICY!! Not the traditional Mac and cheese, but very yummy.

Wrap with garlic-sesame tofu with rice, lettuce, red onions, basil, crushed peanuts and peanut sauce. This was very tasty and filling. I also got fries and vegan chipotle aioli. The fries were well seasoned and crispy. Very yummy meal. #fatvegan #Salem #fries
