It's this combination of creamy filling and crust that distinguishes a cheesecake from other #desserts. #dessert Here, the cheesecake mass is very light, airy and fluffy. It’s delicious, don’t get me wrong, just not my definition of a cheesecake. The base was deliciously cinnamony while the cream was infused with #vanilla and white #chocolate! The icing in the middle was great, the cake itself as well but the icing on top was a bit crumbly?! Possibly from the fridge. But still, 10/10. Not spicy despite the #chili in the name lol

Another great tasty starter 🤤 #Carrot #tartare with #truffle #mayonnaise! Described as roasted carrot tartare with truffle mayonnaise, #capers & a black #garlic crostini. It was a cold dish, but so flavorful. A tartare made from carrots - that was new to me 🥕 It was damn good. Soft, flavorful and #droolworthy The garlic crostini (crunchy bread) was so #umami! The baked capers added a great element, as did the red pickled #onions on top!
