Thank the gods that the gracious chef / host Wael came out to greet us tonight and since he knew what we had ordered on nights before, he knew we had missed it! You cannot miss this restaurant if you are in Segovia! It has so many vegan options!Fattoush

Mary872 レビューThe sauce!!! O… M.. G….!! It’s a tahini based sauce that makes the falafel even more delicious than it already is. At the suggestion of our gracious and non-vegan friend Marisol, we ordered everything vegan to share for the table instead of individual plates and we loved it so much we ate at the other location of Tuma also in Segovia the next night and then a third night at the original restaurant. We all loved it so much.Falafel

pickyrabbit383 レビューI absolutely fell in love with this vegan shawarma, as you can see in the second photo. The tortilla wrap was crunchy and tasty and it was filled with a lovely sesame sauce and perfect falafel pieces. So good!!! 🤯🤩Shawarma De Falafel
