Tocaya has tons of vegan friendly options. Just be sure to specify when ordering. The Cali tacos (served with avocado onion salsa) are perfect for the vegan picadillo and vegan pepper jack. Shown ordered as a butter lettuce wrap.

Tocaya has tons of vegan friendly options. Just be sure to specify when ordering. This dish comes with scrambled eggs, but you can substitute extra adobo tofu and it works great. A spicy and savory bowl based on cauliflower rice with mushrooms, black beans, and tomatillo salsa. Order with Adobo tofu and vegan mozzarella.
