Was told they use a Beyond Meat patty (although they must do some magic to it because it’s twice as thick and tastes so much better than anywhere else I have tried one) topped with some amazing vegan aioli and sandwiched in a specially made Japanese plant based “milk” bun. And the Garlic Roast Potatoes it comes with are incredible too!Synonym Burger
