Also an interesting twist on what I’m used to. The dish name is Ribs although I wouldn’t describe these as ribs. It’s more like pork bites because they’re just little balls of soy protein I think. Anyhow, it tasted really good with the sauce and pineapple. Omg the pineapple was so sweet and tasty 😋

What a strange dish but it’s local lore makes it fun and I had to try it just because. It’s a burger patty on top of rice with an egg and gravy. This version had mushrooms and onions in the gravy as well. Like I said, it was strange and I won’t order it again but it was fun to say I’ve tried it

I really like the creamy foam on top and how tasty and refreshing when stirred into the rest of the drink. So much variety at this place, all vegan, and reasonably priced. One of my favorite restaurants in Hawaii. #NationalCoffeeDay
