This is seriously my favorite "fast food" option to grab from the deli. It is loaded with flavor, crisp vegetables and yummy marinated tofu.

The vegetarian lasagna was packed full of yummy veggies and spiced just right (according to my vegetarian friend).

The Seward Co-op has a hot and cold bar with a dining area to enjoy your food. The soup was super creamy and had a nice blend of warm spices.
