And must say this ramen was legit on if the best I have had. All their ramen broth (even for the meat topped bowls) are plant based. The flavor was umami but truly unique. aliciag11 レビューBest ramen dish I’ve ever had! I loved the creaminess of the broth and you could really taste that all the ingredients were fresh and healthy. It wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be but they give extra chili oil at the table. I love how many vegan options this amazing and popular restaurant has to offer!Spicy Garnet vegan ramen
