I wanted a fresh lunch in Animal Kingdom, so I ordered this plant-based salad. While it was nutritious and tasty, I found the portion to be too small, and lacking some of the ingredients on the menu description (no pepperoncini). The green goddess dressing was reminiscent of a Caesar dressing, but I enjoyed the strong garlicky flavor. I appreciated the already-vegan meal option, but I do wish it had been bigger, in order to be more satisfying and filling.
