The side salad is really nice with a dressing that is not too sweet but pairs well with the peppercorns on the open faced sandwich. I’ve got a love hate relationship with pepper but found the contrast with the creamy avocado really nice.the pinkavo

There was some smoky cheese in there, it was perfectly buttery and just the classic grilled cheese + smoky flavour. I had it with the side salad which was decent. I got it with the side salad, which had a great dressing on it. This was my first time at pinkavo and it will become a yearly tradition when I head to Langley for some microblading. Hot was better, but both were great. This is with oat milk, there is also dairy and some other plant milk options.Blue Lavender Latte
