I tasked @m1tch9i with just getting me “whatever” ✨ and of course she got me a #salad 😂 It says so much of what she thinks of my eating habits 🤣 You’ll have to #asktoveganize because this normally comes with a lemon avocado #yoghurt dressing, which admittedly sounds lux! We vegans can swap it for the #balsamicvinegar / #vinaigrette they offer in their also non-vegan watermelon salad 🤨 I kind of want to try that now, sans the goat cheese 🐐 This tastes like #romaine leaves and #tortillachips 🤷‍♀️ Sometimes you also get assaulted by very hard bits of #pomegranate seeds 🦷 There was too much of it too, so I put it in my #ecotakeout bag and had it for supper & while out with my friends drinking — completely fulfilling that vegan friend stereotype 😖

Perfection 👌 I recently bought a #cookbook on all things #cauliflower and rudely nowhere did it mention #tostadas this sleek 🤌 The dish is basically cauliflower plus a #guacamole type topping, what they an #avocado #mousse 🥑, that sits on a bed of a roasted #eggplant and #tortillachips 🍆 with a cute dill and radish garnish 🌿 on a #salad bed — with #lime on the side 🍋‍🟩 So simple, but put together it was perfect 🙌 This isn’t even #accidentallyvegan, it just straight up is 🌱 VG on the menu and everything 😋 A really lux lunch at S$16 a portion!

I know chips and guacamole 🥑 what’s the big deal? Well it’s actually the pico de gallo, which at Papi’s is the closest thing to fresh salsa that you find this side of the Pacific. Thanks to Singapore’s resident actually from Mexico 🇲🇽 Mexican chef Maurizio who used to work at my favorite drinking hole in NYC many years back. And their vegan burrito is incredible! Just wish it was bigger but these days everything is getting a bit smaller and more expensive 🤣

You’re gonna want a drink on the side 😵 These is probably the saltiest dish I’ve ever been served on this island! …and I’ve been read by SG queers quite a bit 💀 The #tostadito is topped with an amalgamation of #roasted bell peppers 🫑 and #portobello 🍄 plus carrots 🥕 & pickled radish, topped with dill 🌿 Nothing about it explicitly screams “#salty” so it’s a surprise it’s as insane as it was 😐 Tasted alright, but unless you have recently been diagnosed with a sodium deficiency like in my case, I’d steer clear of it 🫡
