Haven’t been to Oowee in a few months, tried out their new impossible burger range. This was the bbq bae, the star being the bbq “pulled pork”. The impossible patty was a bit disappointing from the last time I remember having one. #veganburger #veganbbq

🍗The brother-in-law chose these #veganchicken tenders at this🌱 #veganjunkfood place. It was cool how you got to choose two sauces to go with them but there were so many to choose from. It was difficult. He loves it #spicy 🌶️so got the #buffalo #hotsauce which was blazing and like African hot sauce he said. 🥵I suggested the🇰🇷 #korean #bbq as the second as he also loves Korean food. This was sweeter and probably less to his liking than mine. I love this kind of place for #comfortfood. The BIL nearly buckled and bought a burger here after watching us drool over ours. There are some outside tables with cute views on the busy streets and all the people walking by. 🍔We were doing a cycling 🚴🚴🏻‍♀️🚴‍♂️food tour of #veganbrighton and this was our last stop. I wanted to squeeze in at least one thing from this #veganjunkfood #fastfood chain to support them. The fussy French then chose this Big VG #burger to share with me. Oh my it was decadent and naughty. 😋 They’ve changed it up here and are now partnered with Impossible Foods for their #veganbeef type #veganburger. It’s a surprising collaboration for me as I think Impossible are also at 🇬🇧UK Burger King 🤴too. The chicken burgers are something else here though. This burger had🧄 #garlic #veganmayo #smokedgouda sweet pickled pink 🧅onions and lettuce. 🥬The bun seemed like brioche as well. There’s one of these in Brixton in London which is not so convenient otherwise I’d struggle to restrain myself. I’d really like to try everything on their menu. Yum yum. They have a weekday lunchtime meal deal which is lucky for those locals. Wow this place is incredible, they have an amazing all vegan menu with so many options at an affordable price for a treat in Brighton. It was soo tasty I had to double check it wasn’t real mayo or cheese, the burger was also realistic and the fries tasted like McDonald’s. £13.49 with a meal

If you like smoky flavoured sauces you’d enjoy this dip. It was really good with their waffle fries. It has tiny bacon bits in it too.

Symplicity mushroom patty, jalapeno salsa, gherkins & lettuce This patty was so 👏👏👏 It pulled apart like a bundle of enoki mushrooms - it tasted fab - it feels ‘more’ vegan than the chick’n and beef options because it is not pretending to be a meat replacement. Thoroughly delish! I just am a genteel princess and like a plate & cutlery for burgers so marked down cos I had to eat with my sticky fingers 👸
