Ok seriously this might be my new favorite dish I’m craving in Singapore and I just had it last night. I cannot get this out of my mind!
I pretty much love anything lotus root especially when it’s crispy and spicy, drenched in Sichuan heat. This dish brings together sliced potatoes, lotus root, Sichuan style chewy tofu strips and a whole lot of peppers and black pepper. I’m in love ❤️❤️❤️
