I was in the mood for Sushi(vegan/vegetarian of course), but it’s so hard to find!? So when I saw the “Bonsai” 🌳 Sushi 🍣 platter 😋- It was meant to be!! Only down side was the cream cheese 🥯 they used in the California rolls.. 😕 ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!!! Fully-VEGETARIAN 🌱. They used Tomato 🍅 to replace the Sashimi, Olives for the Tuna 🐟 and cucumber and Avocado 🥑 for the Maki roles
