am quite sad the tahu goreng didnt have tempeh cubes :"( somehow the tumeric cabbage felt off this time, the cabbage wasnt cooked till soft enough and the tumeric flavour didnt seem to be there (think maybe it wasnt seasoned well? it does look like it was mixed in though so not sure) bittergourd and bean sprouts were alright overall wont complain though cus am alright w this for a simple school canteen meal!(: #nuseats #malay #veggie

asked to omit egg to make this vegan stir-fried noodles with xiao bai cai and black fungus... nothing bad about this dish per se, just an uninteresting dish haha - overall ok there was a bit of mushrooms (actually just 2 slices lol HAHA) - i guess maybe for more mushrooms would have to get the mushroom & tofu noodles #noodles #chinese #stir-fry

Indian stall at Frontier canteen. Chose brown rice with tofu, dhal, spinach and carrots. Dishes were flavourful and nice. Affordable too! Would order again. #nuseats

Aglio Olio with all the available vegetables and mushrooms that you can choose from. Tried out the canteen app (NUSmart Dining) for the first time and it was a breeze. No need to queue and wait for the food. App also came along with the option to choose less oil and salt. Overall, an ok pasta. Standard may vary across the days. #nuseats

Flavourful yet lighter and less oily than other stalls. Also quite cheap! It was $4.20 for brown rice with rajma, string beans, spinach, pakoras and sambar.

One of the stalls that is open at night. Choose your pasta sauce and ingredients and they will cook it upon ordering. Chose aglio olio and vegetables/ mushrooms available. Decent meal that is filling. Requested for less oil and salt here so maybe that’s why it’s less tasty than the previous times I have ordered. #nuseats

Pasta Express is located in the aircon section of Frontier canteen. Able to choose the sauce and ingredients. Featured here is a tomato based pasta with spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, corn, onion and green peppers. Pasta was ok. Good size portion too. #nuseats

fairly generous portion size other than the spinach which i wldnt hv minded more of, but i realised it's probably bc the spinach shrinks once it's cooked so it often looks less than the amt they'd actually added hahahah liked that they cooked the pasta w garlic, think it adds a nice flavour
