I appreciate the attempt but this was unfortunately not great 🫣
This is served in the Panorama Lounge by the infinity pool, not the main restaurant. Overall, I found the food in this lounge to be sub-par compared to the restaurant.
First off, this bowl is PACKED to the brim with noodles and tofu, which is super dense for a day at the spa. The ramen noodles are cold, which was really unexpected (the description just says “marinated gochujang ramen noodle”).
It was hard to get below the layer of tofu to the other ingredients (kimchi, pickled carrots, mushrooms, radish, roasted sweet potatoes, crispy chickpeas).
This could be improved by either trimming down the ingredients or making the bowl bigger and reducing the amount of cold noodles, perhaps replacing them with warm grains and greens.
It’s worth noting that I also had the sweet potato hummus dish in the Panorama Lounge but didn’t have my phone on me at that time to take a picture. It was quite bland, and a 1/4 cup serving with vegetables and pita was about $18 😱
