So goood. And the liquid parts on the bottom tastes so good with some bread. It’s a salad with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, couscous, nuts (cashews, so good!!!), lemon, red onion, olives, pomegranate and raisins

Cauliflower seasoned with Palestinian spices, fried with onions, lemon, pomegranate sauce, tahina, parsley, pomegranate. It is served with white rice, cashews And raisins. Soo good!! The rice tastes amazingly and the cauliflower is so tender. There is a lot of tahina and oil but it is really good
