Perfectly good blueberry buckwheat pancakes drizzled with maple syrup and served with cocowhip and fresh fruit on a bed of sweet lemon curd, which was probably the best thing about the meal. #alv #veganin2020

A healthy slap up like this lives or dies on the quality of its dressings, and the mayo, beetroot hummus, cashew cheese and sesame dukkah didn't quite do enough to bring the pumpkin, sweet potato and red cabbage to life. It was still yum, and definitely carried its weight in terms of healthy. #alv #veganin2020
