Steamed vegan bao with katsu tofu and spicy vegan mayo on top. Overall didn’t like the dish, the bao was too sticky and not soft at all, the mayo seemed like a misfit and the tofu I guess was the saving grace. Overall a bad dinner at Misu, I had their desserts before and my expectations were over the top for their main dishes. #veganisnotscary #veganasianfood

Turnip cake mad with rice flour, friend mushroom, tossed in burnt garlic, fried onion, spring and chilli. I felt the dish portion size was way too much after one bite of these turnip cakes I almost had to force myself through the rest of the dish, maybe I should have opted for the steamed version because it got very heavy after a while. The sauce was good, but again they could have given lesser and charged accordingly. #asianfood #vegan

Summer season has ended here in Bengaluru, but that didn’t stop us from ordering mango sticky rice from Misu based on a friend’s recommendation. It was really nice and served in an eco takeout but I wish the mango was a bit more ripe (maybe due to the fact that it is off season) and we had a more generous serving of the coconut sauce since it became a bit dry at the end. Also felt the dish was slightly overpriced for the portion size but overall a good experience. #mango #mangolover #mangostickyrice
