Here for the A/C, ambience, vegan fish sauce and ham (in that order lol). Texture-wise, it tastes more like a crispy crepe/ omelette to me. I believe the traditional version is also made with coconut milk and doesn’t contain egg. The yellow comes from turmeric so it’s quite easy to #veganize by omitting the meat filling for a fraction of the price at street food stalls IF you can get past the language barrier and communicate your order successfully 😅
