This vegan laksa dish was my favorite meal in Yogyakarta! The herbs & spices in the soup paired with the vegetables made it such a comforting option & I dream of having this exact Laksa when I visit again!

This dish has a little bit of every flavor - sweet and crunchy Tempe (kering tempe), curry, and mixed veggies. It's one of the specials, and it's more than enough for one person. Don't expect anything spicy, though.
