This is low carb, diabetic friendly, keto, gluten free, made with healthy sugar locar. If you like to eat “healthier” foodie, this cake actually taste pretty healthy to us yeah (i.e. Mild sweetness).

Gifted by friends. Overall quite a delicious cake, although a bit on the sweet side. They supposedly are a low sugar bakery though, probably mostly fruit sugar?

I gobbled up the sponge cake and i liked the strong coffee flavour and slightly sweet cream but doesn't have the texture of a tiramisu. A little ex for a small portion but it's hard to find #glutenfree #vegan cakes so will definitely go back to try other things on their menu!

I did not manage yo take a picture of this beautiful cake but oh god. Been missing tirimisu for the longest time and I have found the bakery to get it from! A coffee soaked sponge cake (no biscuit at the bottom) with layers of yummy cream which isnt too sweet. Definitely a try for coffee lovers 🤤🤤

I have had my eye on this cake for a long while after seeing it pop up in my Facebook ads for over a year, and have long been tempted to try it. Seeing it recommended in various online groups increased that temptation! So I finally found Locaba selling it by slice and had a hurrah! moment. Unfortunately, I forgot to look at the price. One slice sits at a hefty $11! I am not going to comment much on the price as being a non-cake maker myself, and thus not knowing all that it takes, I’m sure there’s a justification for the price point. I just know I wouldn’t pay this much for this slice of cake again. I’ve tried a few things from Locaba and unfortunately this was not for me. The combo really called to me - I love anything fruity and berries with chocolate is always a winning combination. However, there was something about the flavour and texture of the cake that I found unappealing. The sweetness of the cake was interesting and the texture was both soft and gritty. The cake left me with a little sting - I don’t know if it was from the strange sweetness or something else but unfortunately, this cake was a miss for me and I wish I hadn’t spent $11 on it! (My fault for not checking though!)
