This was packed full of goodness. Cos with a #breakfastofchampions like this, who cares about lunch? First up, you’ve got these huge chunks of #tempeh nuggets. They’re thick and well marinated and super tasty. A handful of crispy lightly salted #kale . Massive chunk of #avocado and a two juicy #portobello mushrooms. Bowl of beans to round it off.
